釜山市 朝紡앞 商店街의 Pattern(Ⅱ) = Pattern of Jobang-Ap Shopping District within Pusan City, Korea(Ⅱ)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study concerned with the Jobang-Ap shopping district within Pusan city, one of third ranked centers within Pusan-the first ranked is CBD, the second is subCBD and the third are Spa Shopping: district ailed Tongnae shopping district, This paper serves as a part of stories studies which attempt to clarify the internal structure of Pusan, as a whole.
Part(Ⅱ) of this study deals with the pattern of functions including living related, restaurants and others. The pattern of floors, size of shops, street corner, widths of street were also analysed. The results are as follows:
1. The size of living related functions are larder in higher ranked central places within Pusan city than firms in the lower ranked central places. But including Jobang-Ap, this pattern was distorted. It meant that many first class firms of living related function are located at this shopping district especially, in case of wedding halls.
2. The occupied proportion of the first floor increased toward lower ranked shopping district. The highest occupied proportion of the first floor was found at Jobang-Ap, it means that this center is in a kind of initial stage of shopping district development, still.
Firms locating as regular intervals serve limited the residential area, nearby.
3. Distributed pattern of restaurants are similar to the drinking places, it means that these two kinds of stores need the same locational conditions.
4. The ratio of houses is the highest in Jobang-Ap among the five higher ranked central places within Pusan. Thus, this region is an unmatured area as a shopping district.
5. Residential areas are located alone the back street which was formed narrow and irregular type like: the maze.
6, Predominant functions of each floor are much varied in lower ranked central places. It means that vertical functional differentiation has not much more processed in the lower ranked central places than the higher ones.
7. Shopper goods are predominantly located at street corner, it represents that these stores have the abilities for higher rental payment. And, pattern of 'bank and drug store at street corner' is apparent in Jobang-Ap shopping district, too.
8. Jobang-Ap shopping district was formed along the broader streets and streets of medium width.
