지역성 기반의 제석산 수석공원 조성 디자인 개발 연구 = A Study on the Design Development of Jeseoksan Stone Park Based on Regionality

국문 초록 (Abstract)

(연구 배경 및 목적) 본 디자인 프로젝트는 제석산의 아름다운 수석을 주제로 테마공원과 전시ㆍ조형물을 조성하여 볼거리 제공으로 지역 경제 활성화를 도모하고, 태백산맥 테마파크의 활성화를 위해 수석공원에 태백산맥 테마를 집중 개발하여 시너지 효과를 극대화하고자 하는 제석산 수석공원 조성 프로젝트이다. 디자인 연구의 목적은 소설 태백산맥의 의미를 담은 수석 조경을 통해 수석 테마공원 조성, 태백산맥 테마파크 활성화, 보성군의 랜드마크 실현과 관객 참여공간으로의 지역 이미지 확립의 목적이 있다. (연구 방법) 본 프로젝트는 태백산맥 테마공원 및 주변 자연경관의 전체적인 분위기에 어울릴 수 있는 지역성(Regionality)이 반영된 디자인을 계획하였다. 이를 위한 방법으로 유지 보수에 적합한 모듈러 타입의 공원시설물 제작 디자인 계획 부분을 중점으로 본 디자인 연구 논문의 내용을 구성하고자 한다. 디자인 진행 방법은 첫째, 지역성의 의미를 이해하고 지역성이 기반된 공간 표현 요소를 고찰하여 디자인을 표현할 수 있는 요소들로 추출한다. 둘째, 디자인 진행 프로세스로 본 프로젝트에서 모듈러 시스템이 적용된 공원으로 한정하여 국내·외 디자인 개발 사례 조사를 실시하였다. 셋째, 디자인 개념 단계로써 수석을 통한 모듈러 시스템을 도출하는 단계와 이를 시각화하여 표현하는 도면을 계획하여 디자인 콘셉트를 제시하였다. 넷째, 디자인 계획 단계로써 제석산 수석공원의 평면 및 스토리라인에 의한 동선계획을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 디자인 컨셉이 반영된 공간별 세부 결과를 제안한다. (결과) 이에 본 연구에서는 지역성은 문화·역사적, 지리·장소적, 자연·환경적, 토속적 특징으로 이에 대한 공간 구성요소의 이론적 고찰을 통해 디자인의 방향을 수립하였다. 이를 디자인으로 표현하기 위한 방법으로 모듈러 시스템 디자인이 적용된 국내·외 사례를 통해 이를 구성한 사례를 알아보고, 탈중심적 배치, 이질적 혼합, 탈경계성 구조, 미확정적 형태, 창조적 생성의 주요 특징을 도출하였으며 디자인 계획에 적용하였을 때 탈중심적 배치, 창조적 생성, 탈경계성 구조의 성격과 가장 가깝게 디자인 계획이 제시되었다. (결론) 지역성에 기반한 디자인 구현 요소를 통해 모듈화 시스템 디자인 방법으로 표현하였을 때 모듈은 공간과 시간의 변화에 따라 가변적이며 능동적으로 대응할 수 있다는 차원에서 주요 특징을 알 수 있었다. 모듈을 이용한 디자인은 다양한 형태와 사용 목적을 충족하여 제작 단계에서 형태나 디테일의 변형이 가능하며 현대 사회에서 필요로 하는 제품, 환경, 공공시설물을 디자인하는 데 있어서 위치와 장소, 소비자 및 사용자와의 상호작용도 중요한 요소를 차지한다. 본 연구를 통해 지역성과 연계한 디자인 설계 시 모듈화 시스템 디자인 개발에 참고적 실무 사례로 제공할 수 있기를 희망한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

(Background and Purpose) This design project is a project to create a theme park and exhibits and sculptures under the theme of the beautiful chief of Jezeoksan Mountain to revitalize the local economy by providing attractions, and to maximize synergy by intensively developing the Taebaeksan Mountain theme in the chief park to revitalize the Taebaeksan Mountain theme park. The purpose of the design study is to create a chief theme park, revitalize a Taebaeksan Mountain theme park, realize a landmark in Boseong-gun, and establish a local image as an audience participation space through the senior landscaping that contains the meaning of the novel Taebaeksan Mountain. (Method) This project planned a design that reflects the locality that can suit the overall atmosphere of the Taebaek Mountains Theme Park and the surrounding natural scenery. As a method for this, the contents of this design research paper are composed with a focus on the design plan for the production of modular-type park facilities suitable for maintenance. As for the design progress method, first, the meaning of locality is understood, and the spatial expression element based on locality is considered and extracted as elements that can express design. Second, as a design progress process, a domestic and international design development case study was conducted in this project by limiting it to parks to which the modular system was applied. Third, as a design concept stage, the stage of deriving a modular system through the head and a drawing that visualizes and expresses it was planned to present the design concept. Fourth, as a design planning stage, a movement plan based on the floor plan and storyline of Jeseoksan Mountain Chief Park was conducted. Finally, detailed results for each space reflecting the design concept are proposed. (Results) Therefore, in this study, the direction of design was established through theoretical consideration of cultural, historical, geographic, location, natural, environmental, and folk characteristics, and spatial components. As a way to express this as a design, the case of constructing this through domestic and foreign cases where the modular system design was applied was identified, and the main characteristics of decentralized arrangement, heterogeneous mixing, decentralized structure, indeterminate form, and creative generation were derived. (Conclusions) When expressed the moduleization system design method through design implementation elements based on regionality, the module may be variable and active response to the change depending on the change of space and time.
