효 윤리체계에 의한 「효행설화」 분석 : 효 교육 지도 방안을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 사회의 구조적 복잡성과 고도의 가변성에 기인하여 극심한 가치관의 혼란을 경험하고 있다. 서구 문화의 급격한 유입과 산업화 과정에서 발생하는 사회상의 급격한 변모와 생활양식의 변화는 다양한 가치를 파생시켰다. 사회 집단간의 통합의 어려움과 가족 기능의 약화로 인간 소외 현상을 초래하였으며, 오랜 동안 전통적으로 내려온 유교주의적 효윤리 마저 심각한 도전을 받게 되었다. 개인의 개정과 사회적 변화의 추세와 무관하게 강요되어진 유교주의적 효윤리는 퇴색되어 가고 있으며 세대간의 갈등 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 부딪히는 효윤리의 가치 혼란을 극복하기 위해서는 공동체가 추구하는 효의 가치를 체계적으로 교육하는 것이 바람직한 방안이라고 생각된다.
박철호는 "가족의 존속과 관련된 부모와 자녀의 통합(Parents-Children Integration : P.C.I)"이라는 효에 대한 체계적 개념인식을 바탕으로 가족체계의 존속 및 발전과 연관하여 효를 보다 깊이 이해하는 기회를 제공하였다. 또한 동서양에 걸쳐 효 윤리가 세계적 보편성을 지닌 윤리적 덕목임을 기초로 하여 칸트의 보편화 가능성의 원칙을 원용하였으며 네 가지 변수 즉 순종, 친애, 존속, 대리의 상호작용의 관계 網으로 "보편화 가능성의 효 윤리체계"를 구축하였다.
본 연구는 이러한 보편화 가능성의 효 윤리 체계의 네 가지 변수를 중심으로 국역된 『기문총화』 에 있는 효행설화를 분석한 것이다.
분석의 결과 효윤리 체계의 하위변수인 '순종', '친애', '존속', '대리'의 개념들이 이야기의 내용 속에 녹아 들어가 있음을 알 수 있으며. 이는 '효'에 대한개념들이 조상들의 생활 속에 깊숙이 스며들었음을 의미한다고 할 수 있다.
또한 이 네 가지의 하위변수들이 하나의 이야기 속에 다양하게 나타나 있으며, '순종', '친애', '존속', '대리'의 하위변수들이 서로 관련을 맺고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
효성의 구성요소로는 知, 情, 意 그리고 靈과 상호 관련하여 지적인 면과 관련된 판독(reading), 정서적인 면과 관련된 경건(fidelity), 의지적인 면과 관련된 행위(behavior), 영적이고 종교적인 면과 관련된 신념(belief)이 있다.
효 윤리 체계 덕목에 의한 연령별 교육과정을 살펴보면 효 윤리 체계에 있어서의 순종과 존속의 덕목 교육은 연령이 낮을수록 유리 하고 반면에, 친애, 대리의 덕목 교육은 연령이 높을수록 교육하기에 유리하다는 것을 알았다.
설화를 비롯하여 신화, 민화 등으로 도덕적 행위에 영향을 주는 이야기는 도덕성 발달을 고양시킬 수 있으며, 이야기는 인류의 전통적인 가치와 덕목을 담고 있어 이러한 의미를 학생들에게 효과적으로 전달함으로써 도덕 발달을 꾀하여 효의 가치관을 심어줄 수 있다.
또한 효 교육은 학생들로 하여금 인간으로서 마땅히 지키고 실천해야할 보편적이고 이상적인 가치들과 우리 사회에서 바람직한 생활의 기준이 되는 효의 규범들을 내면화시킬 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Chul-ho Park provides an opportunity to understand Hyo mere deeply in relation to the continuation and development of the family system by presenting a more systematic concept, “Parents-Children integration Associated with the Continuation of Family.” On the presumption that the morality of Hyo is one of the ethical virtues with worldwide generalization from the East to the West, he also established ‘System of Hyo Ethics universalized.’ as a network of four variables -obedience, friendship, persistence, attorneyship - by applying Kant's principle of the possibility generalization.
Assumed that the creation of new value idea and order, This research analyze Hyo of 『Shimchungjun』 which is the novel, the song of a dreama by the chang reciter, with the 'System of Hyo Ethics universalized'.
First, we constructed subordinate variables that is obedience, friendship, persistence, attorneyship of ‘System of Hyo Ethics universalized’ and suggested to the ground of the religion of the Orient and the West.
Also Hyo of the 『Shimchungjun』 It analyzes to be, it is based on that the hyo of obedience is parents respectability, old person respectability, hyo of spirit Relief and Reconciliation, and hyo of friendship is based on Affection, benevolence and love, and the hyo of persistence is based on birth(continuation of Family), Support of Food and body, long life and the making Parents name of Success, the hyo of attorneyship is based on the act of following the god and the act for the god.
the result of analysis of 『Shimchungjun』 based on System of Hyo Ethics Universalized’, it appeared that the contents of the friendship was many, the obedience was low-ratio, but in that structure itself of 『Shimchungjun』 is consistented Sacrifice and respectability of Shimchung for father, the obedience is being spread in foundation.
In addition to, variables of persistence and attorneyship appeared at high- ratio. this is analysised that Shimchung's sacrifice and hyo, -for treated and it is seen again for she's blind father, is interpreted to Benefit of god.
It is today, the meaning of the persistence is not the Family succession simply and the permanent. it is the subject that the peace of the family collapsed defends, and the family culture healthy accomplishes together. such as this family culture accomplishes, it applies the 『Shimchungjun』, it must become educated the life respect education which leads own respect, ancestral cherishing the memory of a deceased person education and the social service education of the making Parents name of Success in education of persistence, the parents respectability and supporting parents education in education of obedience, man and female equal education and education of reconciliation in education of friendship.
It is one means of hyo education to apply the 『Shimchungjun』. Ultimately hyo The education practices a filial devotion that the person get up a piety. such as this hyo education, the 『Shimchungjun』 is applied valuable data of example material, according to do, that it applies like this data must be researched in the future continuously, it is respected hyo of the 『Shimchungjun』 to foundation of hyo education.
