소방공무원의 직무스트레스가 직무 충실성에 미치는 영향 = (The) Relationship between the Job stress and the Job Faithfulness of Fire Officials

A fire environment is attended with danger and has tough service in the spot where the accident took place. Moreover, according to development of industrial society and various environment, it brings about stress with physical and mental defect. Especially, modern disaster connotes element of dangers in natural disaster such as conflagration, a gas explosion , the breaking of structure.
At the same time, the environment of fire public officer's work is performing in dangerous condition and it increases danger. The fire public officer is carrying out not only heavy a responsibility works such as human resource or natural disaster ,but also conflagration.
Nevertheless, in comparison with other occupations, one's life is exposed in danger as well as adequate compensation is not insufficient. At a recent, a part of fire fighting's work increasing sharply. On the other hand, there is no change in the working environment as compared with before. Under an environment as explained before, the stress factor is gradually increasing. The rate of rescue operation has a large percentage of the activity in the fire work.
A rescue operation does the work that transfers to hospitals or take emergency measures from any unexpected incidents , with every kind of disease and injury. It is fields of fire administration work which not only make a great contribution to maintain good health, but also to protect the life and property of the people. Futhermore, it also maintains a well balanced standard of medical care and aim at offering health medical services through the intensional disparity solution.
For that reason, the attitude of the fire fighters is linked directly with life if the people. We need to take proper measures about stress that they feel during the course of normal work duties. Also, it requires further research a device that can prevent a falling-off in quality of service. Stress occurs not in any specific groups but all organizational structure. However, it appears on the fire officer who is exposed in environment that Therefore, well-organized control and appropriate scientific management are required in order to improve efficiency in performance of fire public officer and protecting the life if the people. Also, stress has beneficial effect on the faithful of officer who defends the life and property of the people.
They also feel the necessity of study about stress that is caused by their work.. Yet, derived problem and an alternative plan about the result are not reflected political.
The study made an analysis of the problem that bring about stress in internal or external of organizations, and the influence of stress with fire public official’s work on the faithful of official.
A study supported by the books which was preceded, such as journal articles about fire fighter, thesis about stress, statistics data and National Emergency Management Agency(2007).
The research launched to 200 of fire public employees who work in fire public office in Chung-Buk. The finding revealed the result of research which has relation between stress with fire public official's work and the faithful of official.
Firstly, overall, it has been revealed that the level of stress from the fire public official has increased.
Secondly, the specific occurrence of stress is related to only employment history in class organization.
The following results shows that how stress are affect the faithful of official.
First, the outcome was analysis a question under 17 heads that stress effect on the faithful of official.
The result showed that stress from the lack of professional ability at work has become a huge factor. (M=3.29, P=0.000, pearson correlation coefficient(r) -0.287).
The finding indicated that stress in danger occur in the performance of one´s duties. (M=4.38,P=0.002, pearson correlation coefficient(r) 0.216), Moreover, stress in performing one's duty has result that independent Performance which is related with activity of rescue or fire. (M=3.60,P=0.003, pearson correlation coefficient(r) 0.208). There was no correlation between therest factor of stress and recognition with faithful of official.
Secondly, the outcome showed that the relationship between factor in the statistics and the faithful in one's duty.
The finding revealed that the factors; such as sex, marriage and qualification for emergency medical technician was associated with faithful of official.
The influence factors of faithful on recognition of faithful were as follows. The outcome repealed that there was close correlation in the element of faithful more than work stress. Generally work stress does not affect the faithful of official.
The important result of research was as follows.
The result has limit because of influence about the factors such as specific intentional, work conditions and environment in the work.
However, everyone in any organization will undergo stress.
The consequence shows that there is a regular influence through reliability analysis. The efficiency of work attain their goal depends on how stress is controlled or managed. The outcome appears that the stress affect directly on faithful of official. Yet, it is not operating upon organization business.
The research obtained the result that attachment for the occupation or pride has a profound impact on faithful of official.
Consequently, it rouse that feeling pride about one's duty, praise, encouragement, effective communication and improvement of management are required in the working. Furthermore, the stress that member feels in organization need to grasp the situation. Also, the improvement system and political scheme are adopted as a proper devise.
