생활체육에 참여하는 공공기관 종사원의 일가치감, 직무만족, 조직시민행동 및 이직의도의 관계 = The Structural Relationship among Perceived Value of Work, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention of Public Institution Employees Participating in Sports Activities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among value of work, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, the questionnaires were distributed to public institution employees who participated in sports activities. With the exception of 14 which were found to be unreliable, 302 questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS Ver. 26.0 and AMOS Ver. 26.0. The followings are the results of this study. Firstly, value of work job had a positive impact on job satisfaction. Secondly, value of work job had a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, value of work job had a negative impact on turnover intention. Fourthly, job satisfaction had a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifthly, job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention. Lastly, organizational citizenship behavior had not a negative impact on turnover intention. Though the results of this study, value of work, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior were found to be very meaningful variables in the successful creation of a strategic human resource administration in public institutions. Further research related to reducing turnover intention with employees participating in sports activities in public institutions should be conducted.
