건강 신념 모델과 계획된 행동이론을 적용한 피부관리 행동 의도 간의 매개효과 연구 = A Study on the Behavioral Intention and Mediation Effect of Skin Care Applying Health Belief Model and Planned Behavioral Theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 건강과 관련된 다양한 행동 의도와 실제 행동을 설명하기 위해 개발된 건강 신념 모델과 사람들의 행동을 예측 하기 위해서 활용된 계획된 행동이론을 접목하여 피부관리 행동 의도에 대한 매개효과를 연구하는 데 의의가 있다. 자료 수집은 20~60대 성인 남, 여 550명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 조사 기간은 2023년 3월 1일부터 3월 20일까지 20일간 550부의 설문지를 배부하여 그중 다수의 문항에 불응답한 35부를 제외한 총 515부를 실증 분석하였다. 결과는 첫 째, 건강 신념 모델과 계획된 행동이론에 유의성을 알아본 결과, 계획된 행동이론 중 태도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유 의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 건강 신념 모델과 피부관리 행동 의도의 유의성을 분석한 결과 유의미한 것으로 분석되었 고 독립변수별로 인지된 유익성, 심각성, 민감성이 피부관리 행동 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 계획된 행동이론과 피부관리 행동 의도의 유의성을 분석한 결과 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 건강 신념 모델과 피부 관리 행동 의도의 관계에서 계획된 행동이론의 매개효과를 알아본 결과 계획된 행동이론 중 태도는 건강 신념 모델의 하위 요인 4가지가 피부 관리 행동 의도의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 건강 신념 모델과 계획된 행동이론 모델을 적용하여 피부관리 행동 의도를 높일 수 있는 심리적 기제에 대한 구체적인 탐 색의 필요성을 제시하기 위해 연구 되었다. 계획된 행동이론의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동 통제가 높을수록 피부관리 행동 의도가 높아지는 영향이 나타나므로 이를 마켓팅 전략에 활용한다면 시너지를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 또한 건강 신념 모델의 하위요인 중 인지된 유의성, 심각성, 민감성은 높고 장애성은 낮을수록 피부관리 행동 의도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있어 이를 프로그램 개발에 적용한다면 피부 관련 업계의 발전에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is meaningful in studying the mediating effect on skincare behavioral intentions by combining the health belief model developed to explain various behavioral intentions related to health and the planned behavioral theory used to predict people's behavior. For the data collection, a survey was conducted on 550 men and women in their 20s and 60s, and 550 questionnaires were distributed for 20 days from March 1 to March 20, 2023, and a total of 515 copies were empirically analyzed, excluding 35 copies that did not respond to a large number of questions. As a result of examining the significance between the health belief model and the planned behavioral theory, the effect on attitude among the planned behavioral theories was analyzed to be statistically significant. Second, as a result of analyzing the significance between the health belief model and the skin care behavioral intention, it was analyzed to be significant, and it was found that the perceived benefit, severity, and sensitivity of each independent variable had a significant effect on the skin care behavioral intention. Third, as a result of analyzing the significance between the planned behavioral theory and skin care behavioral intention, it was analyzed to be significant. Fourth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of the planned behavioral theory in the relationship between the health belief model and the skin care behavioral intention, it was found that the four sub-factors of the health belief model partially meet the mediating conditions in the relationship between the skin care behavioral intention among the planned behavioral theories. The results of this study are intended to contribute to the provision of useful data for the development of the skin-related industry by providing data to suggest the necessity of a specific search for psychological mechanisms that can increase skin care behavioral intention by applying the health belief model and the planned behavioral theory model.
