어린이집 평가제의 효과성 및 지속성에 관한 보육교직원의 인식 및 요구 조사 = A research study on the perceptions and needs of childcare staff regarding the effectiveness and sustainability of the daycare center evaluation system

This study investigates the effectiveness of the daycare center evaluation system, the awareness of childcare staff on the application of evaluation indicators and items after the integration of kindergartens, the problems of the daycare center evaluation system, and the needs of childcare staff for improvement, and provides basic data for establishing the evaluation system after the integration of kindergartens. The purpose was. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 285 daycare staff (directors and teachers). As a result, first, childcare faculty and staff recognized the effectiveness of the daycare center evaluation system as appropriate overall, perceived it to have the highest effectiveness in the health and safety area indicators, and perceived the effectiveness in the faculty area to be the lowest. Second, when the evaluation system is implemented after the unification of kindergartens, the awareness of the continued appropriateness of evaluation items was highest in the health and safety area, followed by the perception that it was necessary to continue in the faculty and staff area. Third, the views of childcare faculty and staff on the problems and improvement measures of the daycare center evaluation system showed a decline in the quality of childcare due to the daycare center evaluation system, problems with evaluation indicators and methods, problems of distrust in evaluators, and demands for improvement.
