통합학급을 지원하는 통합교육지원교사의 중요도-실행도에 대한 인식 차이 및 지원 요구 분석 = Analysis of Differences in Perception and Support Needs of Importance and Performance of Inclusive Education Support Teachers who Support Inclusive Classes

본 연구는 통합교육지원교사 역할에 대한 인식과 지원요구 우선순위를 알아보기 위함이다. 124부의 교사 응답지를 바탕으로 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 t-검정 및 일원변량분석(One-Way-Anova), Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus Model 방법으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 통합교육지원교사 역할에 대한 인식 차이는 교육과정적 지원 역할, 사회적관계 지원 역할, 자원 연계 지원 역할 순으로 나타났고, 통합교육지원교사들의 인식 차이에서 중요도는 높게 인식하고 있지만 실행도는 낮게 나타났다. 통합교육지원교사 역할에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이가 큰 문항은 ‘특수교육대상학생의 진로 및 직업교육에 대한 정보제공 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상학생의 문제행동 예방과 감소를 위한 긍정적행동 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상학생의 교수적 수정(교수내용 및 방법 등)에 대한 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상학생을 위한 지역사회 자원과의 연계를 위한 정보 제공에 대한 지원 역할’, ‘통합학급 담임교사(교과 전담교사 포함)와 함께하는 협력 수업 지원 역할’ 순이었다. 인식 차이가 작은 문항은 ‘학교 구성원들의 통합교육에 대한 인식 향상을 위한 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상 학생들을 위한 특수교육 서비스 방안에 대한 지원 역할’, ‘정규수업 외에 장애학생을 위해 교내·외 프로그램 활동 지원 역할’, ‘개별화교육계획 수립 및 운영을 위한 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상자 선별 및 의뢰에 대한 지원 역할’순으로 나타났다. 둘째, t-검정 및 Borich요구도 우선순위 결과를 바탕으로 The Locus for Focus Model의 4사 분면에 통합교육 지원 역할에 대한 우선순위를 정한 결과 최우선 과제로 지원해야 하는 역할은 Ⅰ사분면(H,H)에 포함되는 지원 역할로 ‘특수교육 대상학생의 교수적 수정(교수내용 및 방법 등)에 대한 지원 역할’, ‘학급 차원의 비장애 학생과 장애학생의 사회적 상호작용을 위한 지원 역할’, ‘특수교육대상학생의 문제행동 예방과 감소를 위한 긍정적행동 지원 역할’로 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 통합교육지원교사 역할의 인식 차이와 지원 요구에 대해 논의하였다.
더보기The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of the role of inclusive education support teachers and priorities for support needs. Based on 124 teacher response sheets, analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 using t-test, One-Way-Anova, Borich's demand scale, and The Locus for Focus Model. As a result of the study, first, the differences in perception of the role of inclusive education support teachers appeared in the order of curriculum support role, social relationship support role, and resource connection support role. Although the importance of the difference in perception of inclusive education support teachers was recognized as high, the performance level was also low. appeared low. The questions with a large difference in importance and performance of the role of inclusive education support teachers are ‘Support role in providing information on career and vocational education for students eligible for special education’ and ‘Positive actions to prevent and reduce problem behavior of students eligible for special education’ 'Support role', 'Support role for pedagogical modifications (teaching content and methods, etc.) for students with special education needs', 'Support role for providing information for connection with community resources for students with special education needs', ‘Cooperative class support role with inclusive class homeroom teachers (including subject teachers)' was followed in that order. The questions with a small difference in perception were ‘Support role to improve school members’ awareness of inclusive education’, ‘Support role for special education service plans for students eligible for special education’, and ‘Inside and outside of school for students with disabilities in addition to regular classes. It appeared in the following order: ‘Program activity support role’, ‘Support role for establishing and operating an individualized education plan’, and ‘Support role for selection and referral of special education recipients’. Second, based on the t-test and Borich needs priority results, the priorities for inclusive education support roles were set in the 4 quadrants of The Locus for Focus Model. As a result, the roles that should be supported as the highest priority are in quadrant Ⅰ(H,H) 'Support role for pedagogical modifications (teaching content and methods, etc.) for students eligible for special education', 'It was derived as ‘support role for social interaction between non-disabled students and disabled students at the class level’ and ‘positive behavior support role to prevent and reduce problem behavior of students requiring special education.’ Based on the results of this study, differences in perception of the role of inclusive education support teachers and support needs were discussed.
