한국어 학습의 코칭을 통한 교수법 제안 = A proposal an effective teaching method of Korean by using Coaching skills

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 모국어가 아닌 외국어로서 한국어를 배우는 학습자들이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 실제 많은 연구자들이 한국어를 제2언어로 배우는 학습자들을 위한 효과적이고 다양한 학습 방안을 연구하고 있다.
본고는 교사, 교재 중심이 아니고 학습자 스스로 자기 주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 그 방법으로 첫째, 교사들이 한국어 교습의 과정 이전 먼저 한국어를 배우고자 하는 동기를 나누는 것이다. 둘째, 한국어를 배우는 것은 분명 학습자들의 몫이지만 교사도 함께 상호책임을 지는 것이다. 처음 학습자들이 한국어를 배우고자 했던 열정도 떨어지고 학습 능력도 오르지 않아 좌절할 때 교사가 학습자의 목표를 상기시켜 주며 상호책임을 질 때 학습자들은 스스로 공부할 수 있는 힘을 얻게 되는 것이다. 이와 같은 방법은 코칭이란 리더십의 기술을 접목한 것이다. 코칭은 코치를 받는 코치이가 자신의 꿈과 비전을 스스로 발견하고 그것들을 이룰 수 있도록 돕고 힘을 부어주는 리더십이다.
본고는 코칭의 많은 기술 중에서 SEA와 피드백을 사용하고자 한다. SEA와 피드백은 교사와 학습자 사이에 서로 신뢰감을 형성하는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 신뢰는 관계형성에서 매우 중요하다. 교사와 학습자간의 관계형성이 학습자의 자기주도적 학습을 할 수 있는 중요한 계기인 것이다. 이와 같은 과정으로 지식적인 한국어 학습 교수법이 아닌 심인적인 학습법을 통한 교수법을 제안하고자 하는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays Korean language learner's steadily increasing as a 2nd language not their mother tongue. Actually many researchers are studying effective and various studying methods for the learners who are studying Korean as a 2nd language. This essay is looking for the methods which is not focus ofn the teacher and text but focus on learner's self-lead studying language.
The 1st effective method is sharing the motivation at first before the teaching process. The 2nd effective method is that teachers have the accountability with student even though they have the responsibility of learning.
When the learner's first passion and learning capacity of the learning Korean language go down, the reminding of the motivation and the teacher's accountability empowering to the students. These methods are using the skills of the coaching leadership. Coaching leadership is the empowering leadership to make the coachees find their dream and accomplish them.
This essay is going to use the SEA and Feedback among many coaching skills.
Feedback is the skill to make trust between teachers with learners.Trust is very important to make relationship. To make good relationship is the motivation of the learner's self-leading study. through these process I would like to propose the korean language teaching method not by just teaching knowledge but by psychogenical teaching.
