Q_방법론을 적용한 일 지역주민의 고통과 죽음에 관한 태도:그리스도교적 관점에서의 고찰 = The Attitude on Suffering and Death of Residents of a Region Studied with the Application of Q-Methodology - An observation from the Christian Viewpoints -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

복 연구의 목적은 일 지역 주민의 고통과 죽음의 태도를 유형화하고, 그 유형별 특성과 구조를 파악하여 그리스도교적 관점에서 비평, 해석함으로써 현 시대의 깊이 있는 인간이해의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법은 Q 방법론을 적용하여 시도되었다. 관련된 문헌고찰과 개별적인 면담을 통해 최종 주출된 진술문은 40개였으며 연구대상자는 일 지역주민 성인 46명이었다. 자료 분석은 Quanl PC 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과 고통과 죽음인식 유형은 모두 5 가지로 나타났다. 제1유형은 고통의미 부여형이다. 제2유형은 가족중심적 현세치중형이다. 제3유형은 생사존엄 갈등형이다. 제4유형은 종교적 보상 지향형이다. 제5유형은 현실적 운명대처형이다. 결론적으로 위의 유형에서 밝혀진 고통과 죽음의 인식유형은 이 시대의 인간 특성을 이해하고, 고통과 죽음에 대한 본질적 의미를 밝히는데 기초 자료로 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to typify the attitude on the suffering and death of the residents of a region and to present the basic materials for the profound understaning of the human beings of the present age by grasping the typical characteristics and structures and by criticizing and interpreting them from the Christian viewpoints. Method: The authors have tried to apply the Q- methodology. The final 40 statements were chosen through the examination of the literature and the individual interviews with the subjects consisting of 46 adult residents of the region. The analyses of the materials were conducted by using the PC Quanl Program. Result: Results of the study: 5 types of the attitudes on suffering and death have been identified. Type Ⅰ is the attitude to give meaning of suffering. Type Ⅱ is the attitude to concentrate on this world with a focus on the family. Type Ⅲ is the attitude to have conflicting feelings of the dignity of suffering and death. Type Ⅳ is the attitude to pursue the religious compensation. Type Ⅴ is the attitude to cope with the fates of the present. Conclusion: The types of the awareness of suffering and death identified in the types above will be used valuably as basic materials for the understanding of the charateristics of the human beings of this age and for the revelation of the fundamental meanings of suffering and death.
