결혼이주여성의 한국생활 적응 연구 = A Study on adaptation of married immigrant women in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 외국인으로 한국남성과 결혼하여 한국으로 이주해서 생활하고 있는 결혼이주여성들의 생활적응과정에서 겪는 적응문제점과 갈등을 심층면담을 통해 파악하고 그들의 삶을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 결혼이주여성의 생활적응에 문제점과 갈등은 무엇인가? 그러한 문제점과 갈등을 어떻게 대처하고 극복하여 한국생활에 적응 할 것인가? 에 대해 검토하고자 한다.
이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 결혼이주여성의 한국생활적응에 따른 문제점과 갈등요인을 파악하여 다문화가정 상담현장에서의 좀 더 원할한 상담이 이루어지기를 바라며, 연구 방법은 현상학적연구로서 Giorgi의 연구방법과 현상학적문헌고찰을 병행하였고 6명의 참여자를 선정하여 심층면담을 통하여 도출된 문제점과 갈등요인들이 결혼이주여성을 이해하고 그들을 긍정적으로 수용하며 인정하므로 그들의 욕구나 수준을 고려한 프로그램이 다양하게 개발되며, 다문화가족복지 서비스 방향을 제시하는데 미비하게나마 적용되어지는 계기가 될 것이라고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the adaptation problems and conflicts in the process of adaptation of marriage immigrant women who are married to Korean men and live in Korea and live in Korea through in - depth interviews and understand their lives. Also, what are the problems and conflicts in marriage immigrant women s life adjustment? How to cope with and overcome such problems and conflicts and adapt to Korean life.
The purpose of this study is to understand the problems and conflicts of marriage immigrant women in Korea and to make a more friendly counseling in multicultural family counseling field. In addition, the program has been developed in consideration of the needs and the level of the marriage migrant women because they understand and accept the marriage migrant women positively. I think it will be an opportunity to be applied to the multicultural family welfare service.
