중동유럽지역 한국학 연구의 현황과 전망 = The current situation and challenges of Korean Studies in Middle-East Europe

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 중동유럽지역 관련 한국학 연구에 대한 현황을 통해 한국학 연구의 제문제를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)에서 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)를 통해 확인되는 학위논문 및 국내학술지논문으로 연구 대상을 한정하였다. ‘한국학’, ‘유럽’, ‘동유럽’, ‘중동유럽’을 주요 키워드로 삼아 학술연구정보서비스에서 검색한 바, 학위논문 3편과 국내학술지논문 32편을 확인하였다. 우선 한국학의 개념에 대해 재고하고 해외 한국학 동향을 파악한 후, 대상 논문을 해제하여 중동유럽지역 한국학 연구의 문제점을 살펴본 바 연구 테마의 유사성, 연구 방법의 도식성, 어문학교육과 문화교육의 횬효성에 대한 문제가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 바람직한 한국학 연구를 위해 리터러시를 기반으로 한 문화교육, 공동 연구교류의 활성화, 한국어교육 연구자의 연구지원 확대, 국내 연수 교육을 통한 현지 해외 연구 인력 양성이라는 네 가지 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The paper aims to inspect several problems that Korean Studies research has, through the current situation on it concerned with Middle-East Europe. For this, the subject is confined to graduate thesis and paper in domestic scholarly journal verified through 'Research Information Sharing Service'(RISS) which is provided by 'Korea Education and Research Information Service'(KERIS). Taking 'Korean Studies', 'Europe', 'East Europe', and 'Middle-East Europe' as primary keywords, I checked three theses and thirty-two papers in domestic scholarly journal. First, I reconsider on the concept of Korean Studies and grasp trend of Korean Studies. After that, I analyze theses and examine the problems of Korean Studies. From those examination, I found that problems are in the similarity of research themes, diagram of research methods, and confusion between language and literature education and cultural education. In these respects, for desirable Korean Studies I gave four suggestions: (1) Cultural education based on literacy (2) Activating of exchange in collaborative research (3) Expansion research support for researcher of Korean education (4) Foreign research manpower training in country.
