다문화가정 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 사회정서적 행동이 교사-유아관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화 가정 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 사회정서적 행동이 교사-유아관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 충남지역 소재 유치원과 어린이집에 다니는 유아의 어머니 176명을 대상으로 알아보았다. 연구결과 다문화 가정 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 사회정서적 행동이 교사유아관계에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 즉 어머니의 친근감과 관심이 많을수록 교사와 유아간의 친근감과 갈등완화로 나타나고, 유아의 사회정서적 행동 또한 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다문화 가정 어머니의 유아에 대한 양육태도에 따른 애착 상태와 자녀의 기질 등을 고려한 상호작용은 자녀의 사회ㆍ정서적 행동과 관련이 있으며 이러한 상호작용은 결국 교사와 유아간의 관계 또한 긍정적인 관계로 발전됨을 시사한 것이라 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intended to inquire into the effect of mothers' parenting attitude and children's socioemotional behavior in multi-cultural families on teacher-child relations. It made a survey by post, e-mail and telephone on 176 early childhood teachers who work over 5 years in kindergarten and child care center located in South Chungcheong Province during a month from Oct. 1 to Oct. 30, 2009. The summary of results is as follows.
The effect of mothers' parenting attitude(warn heart/affection, aggression/revisit, neglect/indifference, vague refusal) on teacher-child relations showed that first, for the feeling of intimacy, mothers' neglect/indifference has a significant negative repercussion on the feeling of intimacy between teacher and children(p＜.01), and the lower mothers' neglect/indifference is, the feeling of intimacy between teacher and children gets higher by .514. For the conflict, mothers' vague refusal had also a significant positive repercussion on the conflict between teacher and children(p＜.01), and the higher mothers' vague refusal was, the conflict between teacher and children got higher by .405. As mothers' parenting attitude and children's socioemotional behavior in multi-cultural families are an important mechanism that they affect teacher-child relations, the higher mothers' feeling of intimacy and concern are, the feeling of intimacy and the conflict between teacher and children are lessened, and children's socioemotional behavior has also a positive repercussion on the teacher-child relations. This means that according to mothers' parenting attitude in multi-cultural, the impact of children's socioemotional behavior families on teacher-child relations has been different, which if the interaction between the attachment state and the temperament of children is provided by mothers' parenting attitude for their children in multi-cultural, children's socioemotional behavior will be also rightly developed, suggesting that the teacher-child relations were also developed into a positive relationship. Consequently, to overcome children's limited awareness of information and confusion by exposure to ambi-culture, it has to make an effort for maintaining the relations through application of multidimensional interaction and variables.
