워라밸을 위한 차명상과 싱잉볼명상 융합 연구 = Meditation and Singing Bowl Meditation for Work-Life Balance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studies how to meditate to ‘rest’ the body and mind of modern people for work-life balance and what methods there are. Modern people live in a world of work and competition, suffering from stress, unfair treatment, and an unfair society. In a society where only the best are recognized and survive, it is not easy for modern people who have to sustain life and establish themselves to live in harmony and with peace of mind. Due to global warming, the earth is becoming desertified and exposed to diseases that people all over the world are suffering from, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, heat waves, endemics, and pandemics.
Due to the emergence of electronic circuit boards in smartphones and AI, young people have difficulty finding jobs, and older generations have difficulty living, they live in various social problems, suffering from diseases caused by stress. Since all people are social animals, they have to live in society. In such an environment, many people seek meditation to escape from diseases. The fundamental nature of all substances on Earth, including humans, vibrates.
Vibrations form energy bodies. The slow vibration of the singing bowl can help me find myself in deep silence. Stress deviates from the normal course and becomes the cause of disease.
This paper studied the method of noticing while drinking tea and listening to the singing bowl with a healthy frequency of vibration to find a healthy self mentally and physically in such an environment. Previous researchers have not studied the fusion of tea meditation and singing bowl meditation. This paper studied the effects of tea ingredients on the human body and the synergy effect when tea meditation and singing bowl meditation are combined. This meditation method is a meditation method necessary for many modern people or students suffering from academic stress and athletes who have to break records. I am confident that it is a necessary tool for the mind to rest for tired modern people.
